Glitzy is back in with the general crowd at Posh Pigs visiting with old and familiar friends. He's happy to be home and is looking forward to his new job as the official "spokespig" here at Posh Pigs! Welcome back, Glitzy!! We sure did miss you!!
Glitzy's daily routine is pretty much the same as it was before he left... he is fed breakfast at 7 am and dinner at 7 pm. he gets a visitor every morning...my chihuahua goes in with me to feed and joins them for breakfast! Then he has all day to hang around with his piggy friends and family inside or to go out of the air conditioning and eat grass and play int he yard. Pigs are quite lazy creatures, so if it's hot, they prefer to be inside. Also, any rain at all, and all pigs retreat indoors. We had a pretty day today, so everyone is outside eating & enjoying the sunshine. Glitzy & the other pigs have a kiddy pool I fill with water on sunny, hot days and they like to stand in the water. When they are done with dinner, and playtime, they are normally are inside by dark. Pigs sleep in a big "bundle", so they all gather up in a huddle and you don't' hear from them until breakfast the next morning. |

Glitzy is pictured here getting a bath after having fun rooting in the dirt outside, and sitting on the sofa, getting ready to watch himself on television on an episode of TLC's "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo" on August 23rd.
