I WANT TO STRESS SOMETHING ABOUT MY BREEDER PIGS----THERE ARE NONE OF THEM THAT I CAN'T PICK UP WITH EASE...EVEN PREGANT, AND ALL OF MINE ARE FULL GROWN ADULTS, with the exception of 2 younger boars---and future breeder females not pictured. OUR PIGS ARE VERY VERY SMALL IN COMPARISON TO 98% OF ALL OTHER BREEDERS. ANOTHER THING YOU WILL NOTICE, IS THAT I DONT' MIND SHOWING ANYONE CURRENT PICTURES. YOU HAVE TO REALIZE THAT MOST BREEDERS ARE POSTING BABY PICTURES OF THEIR PIGS, AND NEVER UPDATING THEM, BECAUSE THEY DO NOT WANT YOU TO KNOW JUST HOW BIG THEY ARE.
WHETHER YOU PURCHASE FROM ME OR NOT, PLEASE BE AWARE OF ALL OF THE SCAMS OUT THERE, where you will end up with a 200 lb. pet. ASK FOR CURRENT pictures of them holding---their parent pigs.
PARENT AND GRANDPARENTS ARE YOUR BEST ESTIMATE FOR KNOWING WHAT SIZE YOUR PIGLET SHOULD BE,THAT IS, IF THE PARENTS AND GRANDPARENTS ARE ADULTS!..I say that because some people breed pigs WAY too early and not full grown. That does not tell you anything about the make up of your family pet, when their parents are babies themselves.
FURTHERMORE--there are several breeders who are claiming they have adults that are 8-12 lbs. RUN away from these people--there is NO such thing.....they are after your money and don't care how big of a pig you end up with! I was told the same thing when I purchased a few of my breeders, NOT true...However, mine are some of the smallest i have seen at 25-38 lbs. full grown.
I highly recommend that you learn what a mature pig looks like, so you can be educated what to look for. Ask for video or a facetime call to see the parents as of "today". I believe you will find most won't bother to fill your request, and the reason is, they can't provide you with that kind of proof that they are as small as they say.
